I have a dance audition this morning so I had a light breakfast because when I’m nervous I find I can’t eat as much as I usually do 💃🏽✨ obviously still enough to function but I prefer to snack on days like this! Smaller meals more frequently is easier on my tummy and gives me more consistent bursts of energy when I need it 👍🏽 eat to suit you and your day! So was a very simple but delicious bowl big bowl of corn flakes with just banana and coconut sugar, nothing fancy but will keep me going for a bit! But let’s pretend that I had this amazingly decadent bowl of cereal and side of @organicavenue_au Touch Of Passion Juice, which is one of my favourite ways to start my day at the moment. So fruity and fresh and carb-filled 👅 #vegan have a great Monday y'all!
