
I don’t understand how people can have a meal 1-2 hours before exercising! If I eat a meal, I have to wait a solid 3 hours or else I get cramps :(

Once I realized that my eating is about my health and getting all the nutrients my body needs and not about losing weight I started ordering healthy food not because I’m trying to reduce calories but because I am trying to add nutrients.
